TNB Products and Services, TNB's Success

Exciting news from Tech Networks of Boston

We are excited to share some major news from the South Boston TNB HQ:

21 years after founding and leading the company, Susan Labandibar has become President of the Board at Tech Networks of Boston. Her vision, energy and acuity will continue to propel the company forward.  The Board will ensure focus on our strategic plan, mission, vision and values.  They will also ensure sustainability and stability, especially important during this next phase of anticipated growth.

Former Executive Vice President, David Gleason, who has been with TNB for over two years, has taken on the role of Chief Executive Officer, reporting to the Board.  David brings 30 years of IT, nonprofit, and collaborative teamwork skills to his leadership, and we are delighted to have him in this role!

Tuan Pham who has been at TNB for 7 years in almost every role the company offers, steps into the role of Executive Vice President.  Tuan, who gets things done, is now in charge of all our client-facing services.

Many of you have told us that you want help with software, data and outcomes management, and we are responding with the creation of a new TNB practice area, Business Intelligence. The BI Team will work collaboratively with you to understand and address your organizations’ comprehensive information needs, from data acquisition to data-driven strategic planning.

Benjamin Tuck, having successfully launched our Collaborative Technology Management (CTM) program under Susan’s direction, is now leading the practice as Director of BI.  We are keenly aware of emerging funding requirements for demonstrable results.  Ben will help you navigate this new challenge.

As David transitions into the leadership role, our logo and website have transitioned too. The new site is a resource for the Boston nonprofit community to discover new collaborative information technology solutions that can help you achieve your mission.

As always, TNB invites you to check out our Roundtable sessions where area professionals present topics of vital interest, including nonprofit management, social media strategies and best practices for technology in a rapidly changing landscape. These events are free for all nonprofit professionals - just make sure to register.

We are very excited to share these changes with you and are looking forward to working “better together”!
