We are happy to share a great opportunity for nonprofits facilitated by the UMass Boston Emerging Leaders Program (ELP).
Are you a nonprofit professional looking to make meaningful connections to those working in the corporate and government sectors? I invite you to check out the UMass Boston Emerging Leaders Program (ELP).
The ELP brings 40 - 50 rising leaders from the corporate, nonprofit and government sectors together to build collaborative leadership capacity for their respective organizations through 90+ hours of action learning facilitated by subject matter experts with diverse peers, path to leadership speakers, and team projects.
Beth Miller, class of 2014 of the Creative Education Foundation states, "The program fosters an extremely potent bonding experience within teams and with the entire ELP cohort. The intellectual and personal engagement is singular and is, I think, what makes the program so transformational."
The program starts in September, and there is an application process. For more information, please visit https://www.umb.edu/leaders/elp, email at leaders@umb.edu, or call 617.287.3890.
