Whether you need help with day-to-day IT needs, strategic planning, or project implementation, you can benefit from bringing in a team of IT professionals to provide support and expertise. It can be difficult to determine which MSP is the right fit for your organization and how you can have a great relationship. Here are some things to consider when selecting an IT partner.  Who should manage the relationship If you're looking to work with an MSP, chances are you don't have a robust internal IT department. You may not have any dedicated technical staff, but all you need is one person who understands the importance of technology and how your team uses it. This person can work closely with your chosen MSP, understand the recommendations they make, and explain changes to policies, procedures, or tools to the rest of your organization.  Your organization's relationship to technology Many teams don't feel comfortable with new or changing technology.
